We haven’t tracked this one down for sure yet, but it appears that the email goes out before the password update is completed. We’ve had a number of instances where users sent an email stating the password didn’t work, but by the time we actually check it out, they’ve been able to use it (we can tell by the log in date).
So, give it a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn’t work, send an email to the accounts team at accounts@patriotguard.org and someone will get you fixed up.
