Glen H. Shubert enlisted in the US Army as a reservist in May of 1965. He was called to active duty and spent 1 year – 10 months – 27 days on active duty in foreign service – Germany. He obtained an early release from active duty and served a total of 1 year – 11 months – 6 days service and was honorably discharged April of 1967. He attained the rank of SP5 (E5) and was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Expert (Rifle).

Instructions:
We will stage for our briefing in the parking lot and assist with the establishment of the flag line if needed. There is a visitation scheduled from 10am to 11am. The funeral service will follow the visitation. At the appropriate time we will man the flag line to honor our hero, and greet his family and friends. The COA will be presented at the beginning of the service. After exiting the facility we will strike the flag line, stow the flags in the support vehicle, be debriefed and dismissed.
Flags will be provided.
Large Bike Flags will not be needed.
Water will be provided.
