About the Mission:
Robert “Babo” Carter honorably served his country mostly as a “river rat” while in Vietnam. He returned home and became known as the “flag man”, posting flags at the cemetery and downtown for special occasions.

Instructions:
Riders must attend briefing to ride this mission.
will stage at 1000 at the Hominy Methodist Church, 110 E 3rd St. Hominy, Ok.
honors will be done by; VFW, American Legion, and Coast Guard honor guard.
PGR will stand a flag line at the church, and will accompany the hero to the cemetery, 100 W Stallard Rd., Hominy. At this time, it is unknown if we will present the plaque and letter at the church or at the cemetery.
