About the Mission:

First Responder, Steven Ray Kelso, 62.  Our Hero, Steve Kelso, Emergency Medical Technician, graduated from Central City High School in 1981. He served his community as an EMT and CPR Instructor, as well as serving with the Central City Ambulance and Volunteer Fire Department for many years. Steve was a former director of the Central City Ambulance, he also was an EMT, Volunteer Firefighter. Steve enjoyed riding his motorcycle. The Patriot Guard Riders will participate in his final journey home by providing a flag line prior to his 10:30am Funeral Service.
