About the Mission:
Staff Sergeant Watson Franklin Palmer served honorably in the USMC for 9 years including nearly 3 years of foreign or sea service. SSgt Palmer served in MOS 2537, Radio Chief and received numerous awards and decorations including Good Conduct Medal 2d award, Rifle Sharpshooter Badge, Pistol Sharpshooter Badge and a Certificate of Commendation.
