The Northwest Florida Patriot Guard will be honored to escort 1SG William Lewis Billotte to his final resting place at Barrancas National Cemetery, Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida, where we will stand a Color Guard and Silent Flag Line for his service to a Grateful Nation. William Lewis Billotte joined the Army in 1962 and served as a Military Policeman, a Correctional Specialist,and was a Drill Instructor. His awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (1 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (1OLC), Army Good Conduct Medal (6th Award), National Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon with (3), Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon (1), Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device 60, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation Badge with Palm. He qualified Expert with Rifle and Pistol.
William Lewis Billotte was born September 3, 1944, and passed from this earth on August 14, 2026, at the age of 81.

Instructions:
Naval Air Station Pensacola requires DOT approved helmets, appropriate eye protection, long sleeve
shirts, full fingered gloves, long trousers and leather footwear covering the ankles. These required safety items must be always worn while riding on NAS Pensacola. Riders who do not have DOD Identification or NAS Pensacola Pass may ride on to NAS Pensacola with the procession. However, when leaving the cemetery, you must be escorted off base with the family. Military installations prohibit the carry and/or possession of Privately Owned Weapons while on Federal property – with or without a concealed carry permit.
10:25 am – Mission/Safety briefing
10:40 am – KSU to Olive Baptist Church, Warrington Campus, 103 W Winthrop Ave, Pensacola, Florida
10:55 am – Meet with family
11:00 am – Escort to Barrancas National Cemetery, w/o LEO support.
11:30 am – Military Honors observed at Site B
Flags will be provided.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
