Kenneth Maurice Houston, United States Army Veteran, proudly served his country from 1969 to 1971. While in service to his country he achieved the rank of Specialist Four working as a Light Weapons Infantryman. He earned many medals and commendations to include the National Defense Service Medal, Sharpshooter Badge for the M-16 Rifle, Expert Badge for the M-14 rifle and 1st Class Gunner for the M-60 Machine Gun. Specialist Four Houston’s final duty station was Fort Jackson, South Carolina where he was honorably discharged on June 17, 1971.
It is our honor to stand in silent reverence as we show respect and gratitude to this hero for his sacrifices made for this nation.

Cochise County Sheriff’s Office – Special Assist Team will lead the escort and has protocol and procedures in place for us to follow.
Immediately following the briefing we will escort our Hero and family to the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel Area for 12:00 p.m. Military Honors.
Please ensure your cell phone is silenced and your music from your bike is off.
Remember to hydrate the day before and the day of the mission
