    ABOUT THE MISSION:
    The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family of CDR Thomas R. Miller, United States Navy, to stand in his honor and escort him to the Barrancas National Cemetery.

    CDR Miller served in the United States Marine Corps from September 1964 to July 1968. CDR Miller served in the United States Navy from 1973 until he retired in 1997.

    CDR Miller received the following awards while serving in the United States Marine Corps: National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Rifle Marksman Medal. CDR Miller was awarded the Southwest Asia Service Medal, and the Kuwait Liberation Medal for his actions during Desert Shield/Desert Storm in addition to numerous personal, unit, service and campaign medals during his service in the United States Navy.

    Waters and Hibbert Funeral Home, 124 W Gregory St., Pensacola FL. is in charge of all arrangements.

    Services will be at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 1720 W Garden St. Pensacola, Fl. Honors will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery, at 1200, Site A.

    Special Instructions:
    Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather foot wear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will be maintained always while riding aboard the base.

    10:30 a.m. – Briefing for all riders
    10:45 a.m. – KSU to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 1720 W Garden St. Pensacola, FL.
    11:30 a.m. – Roll Time to Barrancas National Cemetery w/ LEO escort
    12:00 p.m. – Honors at Barrancas National Cemetery, site A

    Flags Will Be Provided
    If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
    Water will be provided.
