    The family of Mr. George C. Heafey has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his interment services. Mr. Heafey, 90, passed on December 28, 2017.

    Born in Little Falls, George was a long time Mohawk resident, attended Little Falls schools and was a United States Army, WWII veteran. George worked for many years with Remington Arms in Ilion as a gun builder and also served on their Fire Brigade.

    We are asked to stand a flag line at the Mohawk Cemetery.

    Special Instructions:
    The cemetery address is listed as Columbia Street, however our entrance is on John Street, take 5S to traffic light. Take Columbia Street past the Fastrac on Main Street, take a right on West Center Street, then a left on John Street. Cemetery entrance is on John Street.

    Flags & Water:
    Flags Will NOT Be Provided, Please Bring Your Own.
    Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
    Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
