ABOUT THE MISSION:The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the USS Iowa (BB-61) 29th Anniversary Memorial Service "REMEMBER THE IOWA 47." A memorial service will be held at the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park, aboard the USS Little Rock to remember the deadly explosion aboard the battleship Iowa. The service will honor the lives of the 47 Sailors who died when a gun turret on the vessel exploded on April 19, 1989.

Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American Flag or US Navy flag, and dress for the weather.
Thank you for your efforts to ensure the PGR has a decent presence at the special memorial for 47 of our US Navy heroes.
Flags & Water:Flags Will NOT Be Provided, Please Bring Your Own.
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
