ABOUT THE MISSION:The Patriot Guard has been asked to stand a flag line prior to a funeral Mass and then provide an escort for Eugene Blink, Sr., in honor of his many years of honorable service to this great nation. Hero Blink served in the US Air Force from 1951 - 1979 (28 yrs) and attained the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. Eugene served in the Korean Conflict and also in Vietnam. He also served in Germany. Eugene was a member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and the Air Force Sergeants Association.

Following the funeral Mass we will escort family and friends to the hallowed grounds of Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for SMSgt Blink's interment. Appointment time is 12:30 pm.
Forecast is for partly sunny, mild temps but windy. Large bike flags are at your discretion.
