    The family of Ms. Christine Thames have requested the PGR to stand for their loved one, hero, and PGR member. Ms. Thames was born June 17, 1967 and passed away March 10, 2018 at the age of 50. Ms. Thames served our nation's heroes, with respect, as a Patriot Guard Rider. She rode with the PGR in Oklahoma. She was one of our own. Ms. Thames was also a member of Women In The Wind, with the Twisted Sisters Chapter.

    Ms. Thames was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Hannibal.

    Ms. Thames is survived by, her mother; one sister, one half-brother; three children; and one grandson

    My wife and I offer our sincere condolences to the family and friends of this dedicated PGR member. We thank you for giving your time and the effort that you put into making a stand for those who first stood for us. We pray that God will hold your family close and bring them peace and comfort, especially during this difficult time.

I will forever be grateful for her service and dedication to all those we serve. Rest easy now, Christine...those you have left behind to carry on without you have the watch.

Our hearts are heavy with the loss of those who stood and fought for our country. Be proud and strong in their beliefs.     My sincere condolences to the family and friends of this American Hero, a grateful nation mourns your loss. Find peace, strength and comfort in the knowledge that your fallen hero gave unselfishly of themselves in order to keep us all free and safe. Your brave warrior will never be forgotten. Thank you for sharing your loved one with all of us, their sense of duty and honor will live on for generations to come. God Bless you our Hero for a job well done.Stand down and rest in peace.
