    ABOUT THE MISSION:

    Charles Jackson served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1943 to 1945, being discharged as a Radarman 2nd Class. During his service he earned several ribbons, among them the Philippine Liberation Ribbon with 2 bronze stars,
