ABOUT THE MISSION:

Sgt Nicola "Nick" L. Girimonte served honorably during WWII in the European, African & Middle Eastern Campaigns, England and Central Europe. Sgt Girimonte was awarded the WW II Victory Medal, Good Conduct Medal, European, African and Middle Eastern Campaign Medal and the Sharp Shooter Medal. Sgt Girimonte served with the 190th Reinforcement Battalion from 1943 to 1945.
