ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Hospital Corpsman Petty Officer 3rd Class James Hearn has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their son for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
HM3 James Hearn, 28, of Newport News, Virginia, served his country in the US Navy. He was assigned duty at the Navy Medicine Training Support Center. He had been sent to Southern California to take classes at Naval Medical Center, San Diego and was Active Duty at the time of his passing.
The family has requested an accompaniment from Legacy Funeral and Cremation Care in La Mesa to San Diego Airport for this hero’s final journey to his home state of Virginia. Our PGR brothers and sisters in Virginia will greet his flight and be present again when he receives his final honors.
