    ABOUT THE MISSION:

    Fellow Riders,
    It is with heavy heart that I must inform you that America has lost another True American Hero… The family of SP4 Jerry D. Ard 66 yrs. old who passed away on 26 Dec 2017 has requested the Patriot Guard to stand in honor of their loved one. SP4 Ard served in the US Army for 2 years, 8 months and was Honorably Discharged. His awards include the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal 2/60 device. All arrangements are in the care of Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home 9260 Hwy 31, Atmore, Al.
    We will be working with our PGR Brothers and sisters in Pensacola and they will be standing a flag line at the Cemetery while we will be doing the Visitation service.

    Visitation: 1300 hrs to 1400 hrs 3 Jan 2018 at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home Atmore, Ala. We will do a final salute at the end of the visitation.

    Funeral Service: 1400 hrs at Petty-Eastside Funeral Home

    Interment: 1530 hrs. at Oak Grove Cemetery 2759 County Rd 99, Century, Fl. The local PGR will handle this.

    As our Brother Jerry answers his final call to duty from the Great Commander in the Heavens, may his soul have peace and rest. His duty is to forever watch over his loved ones at the Great Commanders side.
