    ABOUT THE MISSION:
    The Snowball Express will be rolling out of Hartsfield Jackson International Airport on Saturday and the Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to attend and we have once again graciously accepted. This is a fun time to enjoy the children as they go on an adventure to Dallas, TX for an action packed long week-end.

    They will return on the 13th. See Staging #2 for details on arrival from Dallas.

    "Rule of Two" Reminder - No PGR volunteer is to be alone with any child during this mission; at all times please adhere to the two person rule.


    *** IMPORTANT *** Bear in mind that you will be entering an airport that is under the jurisdiction of local and federal authorities. No weapons are allowed within the terminal at any time. If you travel with a weapon, secure it prior to entering the airport.

    We will all meet in the parking lot and help the families with luggage to get on the shuttle going to the airport. All families need to be at the airport NLT 10:00 am. Their flight is scheduled to leave at 1300 hrs.

    Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
    Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

    We will meet at Peachy Parking Lot and ride the shuttle to the airport to help the families with luggage from the baggage claim area. Their plane is scheduled to arrive from Dallas by 11:00 am. I am scheduling 1 1/2 hours early due to travel time from parking lot to airport.
