ABOUT THE MISSION:
We have been requested to stand in honor of the WW II service of U.S. Navy Veteran Harland Bauder of Marilla, NY, who passed away on September 28th.
Mr. Bauder served from 1944-1946, including duty aboard the USS Cross (DE-448), a John C. Butler-class destroyer escort. Mr. Bauder was Honorably Discharged with the rating of Seaman 1st Class, and earned the American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal w/1 Campaign Star, and the WW II Victory Medal. As yet unconfirmed is that Mr. Bauder may have also served in the U.S. Naval Reserves, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer.

Please arrive on time with a clean 3x5 American Flag or U.S. Navy flag.
Dress for the weather and ensure your large bike flags are properly placed and securely attached.
This is a relatively short mission, please do whatever you're able to help honor the WW II service of Harland Bauder and to support his loving family.
Flags & Water:Flags Will NOT Be Provided, Please Bring Your Own.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
