    ABOUT THE MISSION:

    The State of Florida has lost another of its Heroes. The Family and Friends of ASC George Kondos, Jr. US Navy (Retired) requests the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders to Honor their Hero on Monday, 14 August, 2017 at his Committal.

    ASC Kondos served from 1987 to 2011. Among his awards was the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2 awards), the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (7 awards), the Navy Unit Commendation Medal (6 awards) and the National Defense Service Medal. His Committal Service will be at 1300 (1:00 PM) at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.

    ASC Kondos proudly served our country honorably and faithfully. It is now our turn to render honors and provide a heartfelt thanks for his service and sacrifice to our country.

    It is with great sadness that I learned of the loss of this hero. We mourn
