    ABOUT THE MISSION:

    Run for the Wall and Presentation of Fallen Soldier Cart at DFW Airport.

    The PGR has been requested to stand a flag line for the arrival of the Run for the Wall participants as they ride in Grand Prairie.

    Special Instructions:
    PGR will establish a flag line at the school parking area where riders participating in Run for the Wall will arrive. We will brief at 1730 hrs. then stand our flag line until the riders have arrived. We will take breaks as necessary as the riders will be arriving in groups over 45-60 minutes. Once all riders have arrived and at the discretion of the RC, the flags will be furled and stowed in the support vehicle. Riders will be debriefed and dismissed.

    Those wishing to eat prior to establishing the flag line may do so at 1630 hr. at the school.

    Flags Will Be Provided
    Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
    Water will be provided.

    Special Instructions:
    PGR will assemble at the Holiday Inn parking lot and prepare for a procession to Founders Plaza at the north end of DFW Airport. After the mission briefing, riders will be staged in preparation for the trip with the Fallen Soldier Baggage Cart to the airport. GPPD will escort the procession. Motorcycles only for this procession. No support vehicle will be present. Hydrate prior to the procession.

    Special Instructions:
    PGR not participating in the procession can assemble at Founders Plaza, establish a flag line and await the arrival of the procession. PGR will stand the flag line prior to the presentation ceremony scheduled for 1200 hrs. The Fallen Soldier Baggage Cart, arriving with the Run for the Wall on Saturday, May 20 will be presented to DFW Airport management. Following the ceremony, and at the discretion of the RC, flags will be furled and returned to the support vehicle. Following the debrief the riders will be dismissed.

    This will be a media event and parking will be limited.
