Deployment of Local Troops

ABOUT THE MISSION:
We have been invited to attend a Deployment ceremony for troops who will be departing for missions abroad.
PRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 21 Mar 2017

- Pax Shed #1 at Green Ramp, Pope Army Air Field,
located on New Hurst Drive, Pope AAF,

- Please be flexible with regards to these missions as aircraft arrival and departure times and location change frequently.
Anyone who does not hold a DOD ID card must access post from the All American Freeway Visitor Control Center and obtain a pass. Remember to allow extra time for check in and that vehicle and persons are subject to search. You will be entering a US military installation, so anything that could be considered a weapon should be left at home. If you are riding, please keep in mind the requirements for documentation and proper PPE; license, insurance, registration, and DOT approved helmet, eye protection, long sleeves, full fingered gloves, long pants, and over the ankle boots.

- Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
- Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
