    ABOUT THE MISSION:

    The family of Charles Outman has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand a flag line during his Military Honors and it shall be our honor to do so.

    Charles Outman served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps for 23 years, serving in Vietnam in 1964-1965 and attained the rank of Master Sergeant.

Find peace, strength and comfort in the knowledge that your fallen hero gave unselfishly of themselves in order to keep us all free and safe. Your brave warrior will never be forgotten.
