    ABOUT THE MISSION:

    The family of Clarence Ollan Allen has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor of their loved one

    In 1950 he joined the Air Force, serving twenty-one years and retired at the rank of MSgt. During his career he went to Air Police School in Memphis, Tennessee where sometimes on town patrol he had coffee with Elvis Presley who at that time was driving a truck for a living. He was stationed in: Germany; Scott AFB in Belleville, Illinois; Morroco; Schilling AFB in Salina, Kansas; Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, S.D. where he worked at missile sites; spent a year at Udorn AFB in Thailand training Thai guards; Shaw AFB in Sumter, S.C.; and attended the NCO Academy in Virginia. His last assignment was at Sculthorpe AFB, England where he was Chief of Security Police.

    It is with great sadness that I learned of the loss of this hero. We mourn
    with their family and friends. Though we mourn, we stand tall to honor them.
