Find peace, strength and comfort in the knowledge that your fallen hero gave unselfishly of themselves in order to keep us all free and safe. Your brave warrior will never be forgotten. As I sit in Heaven, and watch you every day,
I try to let you know with signs, I never went away.
I hear you when you're laughing, and watch you while you sleep,
I even place my arms around you, to calm you as you weep.
I see you wish the days away, begging to have me home,
So I try to send you signs, so you know you are not alone.
Don't feel guilty that you have life, that was denied to me,
Heaven is truly beautiful, just you wait and see.
So live your life, laugh again, enjoy yourself, be free,
Then I know with every breath you take, you'll be taking one for me.

Korea may be known as the “Forgotten War”, but those who served in that conflict should never be forgotten. They endured hardships that many of us will never face, yet they never gave up...they kept true to their call. I want to thank Donald Drafall for his service to our nation, and trust God will grant his friends and family an extra measure of comfort in the days ahead.

It is with the utmost respect that I offer my condolences to the family of a true American Hero. Donald, may you rest in the knowledge that your duty was well done and you have the gratitude of an entire nation for your sacrifice and your service. I know that you will now be in the company of your fellow veterans who have gone before you and who will welcome you at Heaven’s Gate upon your arrival. Stand down now and know that we will carry on your legacy of freedom for all our citizens. To your family and friends I ask that God comfort them now in their time of despair and remain with them as they adjust to their loss.

Post Mission report AD3 Donald H Drafall
On a cool damp morning 12 Patriots gathered at the American Legion Post 111 in Dallas Georgia. Ten PGR members and two ALR members stood a silent flag line From 10:00 -12:00 PM to Honor the life and service of AD3 Donald H. Drafall U S Navy Korean Conflict Veteran. After the family and friends had their private celebration of his life, we rendered honors before escorting Mr. Drafall"s cremains to his final resting place at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton Georgia. When we arrived at the GNC we were met by four more PGR riders. We proceeded to Shelter Two where we stood a flag line while U S Navy honors team rendered Military Honors. Because there was no Minister present, our own Lamar Owens was asked to Comfort the family and lead us in Prayer. I presented a condolence card signed by all the members of the PGR,ALR and Navy Honors Team to Mrs Drafall. After the final ceremony we again stood a flag line and rendered honors while his cremains were placed into the columbarium.
Mr. Drafall"s family expressed their appreciation for our presence. Once again we made a difference.
I would like to express my thanks to everyone that was able to take part in this mission. Special thanks to Lamar who with absolutely no time to prepare did an outstanding job ; The Marietta Police dept. for their assistance from Dallas to Canton, and to Reuben "Tailgunner" Baumgardner for once again Bringing Flags and water to both locations as well as being Tailgunner for the procession.
