The ninth annual Patriot Tour launched from Beaver Dam Saturday morning on Armed Forces Day. Outward Bound Adventure. C.O.P.S. Outward Bound Adventure is an adventure-based program planned for teenagers and young adults (15-20 years of age) who are children of law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty. This will be a HOTH format.\nThe escort will begin at Crescent Junction on I-70 and US Hwy 191 near Green River at 08:30 AM.
