DESCRIPTION:HOTH Mission\nHonor Flight of Eastern Oregon\nPortland\, Oregon – 06-13-19\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nLadies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders\, we have been invited to help welcome Honor Flight of Eastern Oregon as they return from their trip to our Nation’s Capitol to see all the Memorials and sights. These veterans will NOT be coming out thru Security like normal. They are catching a connecting flight and we will escort them from plane to plane and spend the three hours of their layover\, visiting with them. This is a unique opportunity for 8 of us to spend time talking with these veterans and hearing their stories. There are only eight gate passes and all of those participating will be notified beforehand. If you wish to participate\, please contact the Ride Captain ASAP to get your spot on the list. There will be a brief ceremony at its arrival on the morning of June 13th followed by a more formal opening ceremony later that afternoon.
