Barreto Ortiz\, 34\, US Army (KIA)\, from Morovis\, Puerto Rico\, was killed on 5 Sep 2019\, in Kabul\, Afghanistan\, when a vehicle borne IED detonated in a suicide attack.  SFC Barreto Ortiz was a paratrooper and Maintenance Control Sergeant with Co H\, 82nd Brigade Support Battalion\, 3rd Brigade Combat Team\, 82nd Airborne Division\, out of Ft.
