DESCRIPTION:Arlington National Cemetery\nCharles E. ‘Chuck’ Coe Jr. \, Retired\nUSAF\nAlexandria\, Virginia – 08-05-19\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nMSgt Charles Evans Coe Jr.\, (Chuck) 61\, USAF (Retired) of White Plains\, MD.\, died suddenly on 6 May 2019 at Point Lookout\, in Scotland\, MD.  He joined the United States Air Force in 1977 and proudly served for twenty years.  He was a Special Agent in the Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) where he managed the first ever Forensic Media Analysis Lab in DOD\, and he was the recipient of many awards and commendations.  After retirement\, he worked for NASA’s Computer Crimes Division\, as the Special-Agent-in-Charge.  In 2004 he was selected to serve as the first Assistant Inspector General for IT Audits and Computer Crime Investigations for the US Dept. of Education\, Office of Inspector General (OIG).  He is survived by his wife Norma\, his daughter Rachel Marie\, two sisters and an extended family.  He is missed by all.  MSgt Charles E.
