DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nDelbert Lowell Hall\, Retired\nUSA – Vietnam\nSpringfield\, Missouri – 08-09-19\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nDelbert Lowell Hall\, 87\, USA\, SFC 1949 – 1972 Vietnam.  The family of USA  SFC\, Delbert Lowell Hall has honored the Patriot Guard Riders with a request for an escort from the Greenlawn South Funeral Home to our hero’s final resting place at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery\, and to stand a flag line where full military honors will be rendered.  He enlisted into Army active duty in 1949\, and served proudly and honorably for 23 years\, rising in rank to Sergeant First Class\, (SFC E-7) in 1969\, then was honorably discharged in 1972.  He was awarded the Army Good Conduct Medal (4 issues)\, National Defense Service Medal\, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry\, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Bronze Star\, Army Commendation Medal\, Meritorious Unit Awards (twice)\, and the Valorous Unit Award (twice).  He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Nixa and served in the childrens ministry. The family of Dr. Marina Vander Wal has asked that we Stand and Honor her service to our Nation.It will be an Honor and a Privilege to do so. Dr. Marina Vander Wal enlisted in the USAF in August 1951. She was a (29150E) which is a Teletype operator. Her duties included code intercept. She rose to the rank of A1C (E-4) . She served in Hawaii where she met her Husband of 65 yrs. She was a member of the American Legion and a member of Harvest Baptist Tabernacle. She is survived by her husband  son  and daughters and numerous grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
