It is our honor to do so. Ms. Morgan passed away on 19 June 2019 in Columbus\, GA after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 65 years old. Ms. Morgan served her country in the US Army. Ms. Morgan was an avid motorcyclist and a dedicated member of the Patriot Guard. Vicky is survived by her husband Bill\, also a member of the Patriot Guard.
