DESCRIPTION:It is an honor the  family of Randall Clarke Karsokas invites the Patriot Guard Riders to  participate in his memorial and military honors.\n\nRandall enlisted in  the U.S. Marine Corps 17 SEP 65\, serving in Vietnam.  Randall was honorably  discharged 30 JUL 69\, as a SGT (E5). \nAfter his discharge\,   Randall worked as a Master Carpenter for the Long Beach School District\,  from which he retired.\n\nRandall enjoyed  camping\, surfing\, classic rock\, lobster races with his brothers\, his awesome  beard\, inappropriate jokes and a cold Budweiser.\n\nRandy was preceded in  death by his brothers and is survived by his wife of 25  years\, Cindy\, 13 nieces and nephews\, and 9 great nieces and nephews.\n\nNOTE: This notice is  to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this military  veteran.  For those interested all are welcome.  We will accompany the  hero and his family from his residence to the memorial which is also a private  residence. SUMMARY:Oscar Nunez Ruiz III\, 73\, USAF-USAFR Veteran
DESCRIPTION:Oscar “Oz” Nunez Ruiz of Prescott\, AZ died on July 5\, 2016 at the age of 73. Survivors include his wife\, Letitia (Tish) Rentfrow Ruiz of Prescott AZ; two brothers and a sister. \nOscar joined the United States Air Force after he graduated from high school at age 17\, and was stationed in Texas\, Alabama and Arizona. As an air policeman in two fighter intercept squadrons\, he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal in 1963 and 1964 for demonstration of exemplary behavior\, efficiency and fidelity. Honorably discharged in 1964\, he served two years in the Reserves in San Diego. \nOz and Tish met on an organized bike club ride and married in 1977. He worked for Pacific Bell and AT&T in Southern California before retiring in 2000\, when the couple traveled around the United States for five years before settling in Prescott. \nOZ was a Charter member of American Legion Post 6 Riders (Prescott)\, and also a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. \nOz will be carried to the memorial by his wife on his trike (per his request) in a motorcade of fellow members in tribute to his service. A Memorial service with full military honors and a celebration of life is scheduled at 11 am on Saturday\, July 30\, in the Pine Lakes clubhouse at 3707 W. Pine Lakes Drive in Prescott\, AZ. He served in the  European Theater of War. He was qualified as an aerial gunner\, radio operator\,  and mechanic.  He served from 1942 to 1945. He was a P.O.W. for almost two  years in Stalag 17B. He loved riding his Harley\, hunting\, NASCAR\, fishing and tinkering with engines. \nHe also enjoyed going back to visit Germany where he served four of ten years in the military. \nThe Patriot Guard Riders will be there to render Honor\, Dignity\, and Respect for the life and service of Spec-4 Wilfred “Mac” McCotter.

DESCRIPTION:The wife of Sargent First Class Christopher Rudd has requested the presence of the Wyoming Patriot Guard to stand a flag line at his service. Chris was age 37 at the time of his passing on 20 July 2016.  He enlisted in the Army National Guard in 1988 with C/2-300 FA as a cannoneer. He also held multiple positions including Team Leader\, Howitzer gunner and Howitzer section chief. He was deployed in 2004 and 2009 in support of Iraqi Freedom. After his deployment he served 3 years with the 920th Forward Support Company in Lovell Wy. In 2013 SFC Rudd accepted a position as a HIMARS Platoon Sargent in A/2-300 in Gilllette where he was serving at the time of his passing. \nHe was awarded WY ARNG State active Duty Ribbon\, WY ARNG Achievement Ribbon\, two Achievement medals and the Army Commendation Medal and the Combat Action Ribbon.
