Fritts\, 55\, passed away Thursday\, July 7\, 2016 at the Johnson City Medical Center.  Lt. Fritts served in the United States Marine Corps and was also a 27-year veteran of the Mountain City Police Department.  In addition\, Lt. Fritts had turned out to support PGR missions on a number of occasions.  The family has asked that the PGR help pay tribute to their hero and it will be our honor to do so. \nThe PGR will stand a flag line as the family receives friends at the Johnson County High school Gymnasium\, on Sunday\, July 10 from 1:00-3:00 with services to follow.  Following services\, the PGR will provide an escort to Sunset Memorial Park and will stand a flag line during the interment ceremony with full military honors. \nDate:  Sunday\, 10 July\, 2016 \n12:30 PM: Staging directly at\nHigh School\n510 Fairground Lane\nMountain City\, TN. \nForecast:  Partly cloudy and warm\, high 83-89. DESCRIPTION:Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders\, the family of United States Army Veteran CPL Leslie Whitten has asked us to stand for him at his graveside service during the rendering of Military Honors.  Les was inducted into the US Army in SEP 1949.  While Les was serving overseas he was involuntarily extended for 9 months past his EAS.  Les served a total of 18 months overseas.  Les was honorably discharged OCT 1952.  During his tour of duty\, Les earned the Korean Service Medal w/3 Bronze Service Stars and the Meritorious Unit Emblem.  \nThe US Army Honor Guard will fold and present the burial flag and render TAPS.  The Castle Rock American Legion will provide the Rifle Volley.     \nPlease join with me as we stand to Honor this true American hero from the greatest generation\, as well as his family and friends.       \nMISSION PLAN:  This will be a flag line mission only.  \nMISSION DATE: 10 JUL 2016 / Sunday \nSTAGING LOCATION:  Wilco Farm Store\, 200 S.
