SUMMARY:HOTH
DESCRIPTION:Sometime ago\, Mrs. Margaret Runion Trammel (now Mrs. Margaret Treadway) suffered a devastating loss – that of her husband\, George Edward Trammel\, Coxswain\, US Navy. In fact\, it was 71 years ago. His ship\, an LCS\, was struck by a Japanese suicide craft and Coxswain Trammel was listed as Missing In Action. A year later\, he was declared dead. \nAgain sometime ago\, she was promised a Gold Star Flag\, to honor her status as a Gold Star wife. That promise was never kept – well not until now. The story of this promise was relayed to a member of the North Carolina Patriot Guard Riders\, who was determined to make it come true. \nWe ask that you join us to see this promise kept and to prove to this lady and this family that YES\, promises are kept and YES\, her loss meant something\, meant something to the Country and ESPECIALLY TO THE PGR!! Let’s Let them hear the RUMBLE!! \nMission Details: Sunday\, 12 June 2016\n\nThis will be a ‘Ride Up’ and ‘Presentation Mission’ – there will be no flag line. Please fly BIG FLAGS if you have them – staging is close to the presentation site. \nStaging: 80 Long Forest Dr. Greenville\, SC\n(Harmony Baptist Church)\nMap: https://goo.gl/maps/R5hKFTSwK5R2\n(NOTE: Use street address NOT Church name for GPS) \nAssemble: 1315/1:15 pm \nBrief: 1330/1:30 pm \nKSU: 1345/1:45 pm \nPresentation: 1400/2:00 pm \nNote: Due to the brevity of this mission\, there will be No Flag Wagon at this mission – bring your own water! \nRC: India Rackley\n864.704.2132
