DESCRIPTION:Attention riders. The Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Preston is having their Dedication Ceremony. Sunday May 29\, 2016.  We have been invited to hold a flag line in honor of this great event.  For those of you who have not had the honor of viewing these sacred grounds\, this would be a great opportunity. Please come join us in helping dedicate this wonderful Minnesota Veterans Cemetery. \nThere will be two stagings for this mission. The first will be leaving from Rochester to ride together to Preston. The second will be in Preston. I am asking that if you wish to join us please be at the staging in Preston. We will ride in together\, so they can park us all together. Parking at the cemetery will be very tight. \nRochester staging:\nKwik Trip on Marion Rd. DESCRIPTION:We have once again been very honored with an invite to do a flag line at the Memorial Day event at the MN State Veteran Cemetery\, Little Fall\, MN on 5-29-2016. \nWe have been invited every year since they started doing the event so they really do like our presence there. There is a new cemetery Director this year and this will give you a chance to meet him while we participate in remembering those who have gone before us. DESCRIPTION:Welcome Home\nSPC Shoshana Johnson\, Former POW\nFt Myers\, FL – 29 MAY 16\n\n\nThe Iraq Monument in Cape Coral invites the Patriot Guard Riders to Welcome Former POW SPC Shoshana Johnson\, to SW FL on 29 MAY 16. \nSPC Johnson is the first African-American female POW in the military history of the United States.  She was assigned to the 507th Maintenance Co.\, 5/52 ADA BN\, 11th ADA Brigade. While serving in Iraq she suffered bullet wounds to both of her ankles and was captured by Iraqi forces.  She was held prisoner for 22 days along with five other members of her unit. She was freed in a rescue mission conducted by USMC units on April 13\, 2003. \nSunday\, 29 MAY 16 \nStaging: 2230 hrs\n10431 Radar Court/Airport Crossing Rd (Map attached)\nFt.
