We will establish a Flag Line.
After the service begins, we will return the flags to the support vehicle.
Riders will then receive a safety briefing; Honor Bikes will be selected, and all riders staged for the procession to the cemetery.
It should be noted that social distancing is required, and that each rider should have on their person a face covering that is to be used when near family or friends or when entering the church for any reason.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.

Those riders not participating in Part One will stage at the cemetery to be briefed, set our flags, and await the arrival of the procession.
Riders in the procession will quickly dismount and join the Flag Line.
The family has requested that the PGR play taps, fold and present the flag to next-of-kin.
Our certificate will be presented immediately afterward. Riders will stand until the completion of the service, after which, flags will be returned to the support vehicle. Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.
NOTE: The time of arrival at the cemetery is approximate.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.
