ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Sp5 William (Bill) Thomas Lovelady, Sr.,70, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a silent flag line in honor of his service to our country. He served in the U.S. Army in 1966 during the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged in 1969 after serving an extended tour in Okinawa. His military awards were, National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal. He was a member of VFW Post 6691 in Fraser, MI. He served on the VFW’s Ritual Team. He is survived by 2 sons and 3 daughters. Also many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
