William R. Fischer, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of William Richard Fischer has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for him as he once stood for us. We have informed the family it will be our honor to do so. US Navy Boiler Technician Third Class (BT3) served aboard the USS McNair (DD 679). We will stand a silent flag line at Georgia Funeral Care prior to his memorial service.

Special Instructions:

Park in the rear parking lot. After a briefing we will establish a flag line at approximately 10:15 am for the arrival of family and friends. At the commencement of the memorial service at 11:00 am we will stow the flags and quietly depart. There is a second mission in Cartersville involving an escort. Please plan to attend both missions if at all possible. Bring your large bike flags to this mission for use in the second mission.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
