Details Of Part 1: After the Mission Brief, the Riders will establish the Flag Line and prepare to receive the family and friends of Mr. Parks prior to his funeral service. When the service begins, the Riders will return the flags to the support vehicle, receive the Safety Briefing, and prepare to accompany the procession to Laureland Memorial Park for the interment
