ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Mr. William Michael Barno, US Air Force (Ret), requests the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the funeral service and graveside rendering of military honors of their loved one. When he turned 18 and graduated with honors from high school, Mr. Barno took it upon himself to enlist in the Air Force because he felt it would ease his family’s financial burden and they would have “one less mouth to feed”. His military career took him to London, Germany, Vietnam, Korea, New Mexico, Alabama, San Antonio, and Oklahoma City, where he retired with 26 years of service.
