DESCRIPTION:William (Bill) Joseph Fulmer Jr.\nIraq USAF\nAlamogordo\, NM\, 03-16-2016 \n\n\nSSgt William Fulmer served in  the USAF from July 76 – September 94. He supported Operation Desert Storm  during his service. Bill passed from this life on 7 March 16.  He is survived by his wife Kay Stueve and three sons\, ten  grandchildren\, six sisters\, and many cousins\, nieces and nephews. Bill  was very involved with the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.\n \n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING INFO – 03-16-2016:\nLocation: Griggs Sports Complex Parking Lot\n3000 North Florida Avenue (the parking lot is off Fairgrounds Road\, northeast of Florida Avenue)\nAlamogordo\, NM \nStagingTime :4:30P.M.\nSpecial Instructions:This is a flag line only for a memorial service. Burial will be at a  later date out of state. The Fraternal Order of the Eagles will provide  the flag folding detail.  The memorial service will begin at 1730 hours (5:30 PM) at the Fraternal  Order of the Eagles building at 471 24th Street\, Alamogordo\, NM.  \nWe will rally at the Griggs Sports  Complex parking lot\, 3000 North Florida Avenue (use the Fairgrounds Road  entrance) at 1630 hours (4:30 PM)\, mission & safety briefing at  1640 and KSU at 1645. I’d like to have the Flag line up by 1700 (5:00  PM) at the Eagles.  \nRemember to ride with  the PGR all you have to be is a patriot. No previous military service is  required\, nor do you have to have a motorcycle. All you have to do is  be able to carry a flag which we will provide.
