Special Instructions:
Funeral Service and Procession.

The Patriot Guard Riders will stage in the church parking lot. Following the mission briefing, Riders will stand the Flag Line for the arrival of Family and friends at the Funeral Service of SGT Hunter.

After the start of the Service, Flags will be furled, bikes staged for the procession to the cemetery and the safety briefing conducted. Riders wishing to do so can proceed to the cemetery for the Interment Service scheduled to follow the conclusion of the Funeral Service.

The Interment Service will be conducted at DFW National Cemetery. Professional Escort Service will support the Procession.

At the conclusion of the Interment Service Flags will be furled and Riders dismissed.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.

Interment Service

Those not taking part in the procession will stage at the DFW National Cemetery’s Visitor Center where they will be briefed before proceeding to the designated shelter and setting flags to await the procession’s arrival. Riders will stand tall and silent both while receiving family and friends of SGT Hunter and during the committal service. At the conclusion, and upon the direction of a Ride Captain, flags will be furled and stowed before riders are then debriefed and dismissed.
