The family of William Hollis Phillips has requested that we stand a Flag Line for a celebration of life service. \nWilliam Hollis Phillips\, 77\, of Carolina Shores passed away peacefully on July 9\, 2016\, at the SECU Hospice House in Bolivia.  Bill was born on May 14\, 1939\, in Salisbury\, Maryland. Bill served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. \nA celebration of Bill’s life will be held on Sunday\, July 31\, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Arboretum Clubhouse\, 122 Flowering Bridge Path\, Caswell Beach. \nThis will be a one part mission: \nStaging: 31 July 2016 \n1330 – set flags around perimeter \n13:50 – Stage and briefing at\nArboretum Clubhouse\n122 Flowering Bridge Path\nCaswell Beach\, NC \nhttps://goo.gl/maps/nv13Ugm3SVA2 \n14:00- Establish Flag Line \n15:15- Breakdown Flag Line \nThe Family has asked for a maximum of 10 participants as parking and space is limited.
