ABOUT THE MISSION:

Mr. Scott retired from the Texas Air National Guard after 26 years’ service.

Mr. Scott then served ten years with the Grand Prairie, TX, Fire Department followed by twenty years with the Dallas Fire Department from which he retired.

Special Instructions:

After the Mission Brief, the Riders will establish the Flag Line and await the arrival of TSgt Scott’s family and friends. When directed, the Riders will return the flags to the support vehicle, be debriefed and dismissed. Riders participating in the procession will receive the Safety Briefing and prepare to accompany the procession to the cemetery. Riders not participating in the procession will proceed to the cemetery and assist with setting up the flags.

After the Mission Brief, four designated honor bikes will move to the staging lane and escort the procession. The remainder of the Riders will proceed to the committal shelter, establish the Flag Line and prepare to receive the family and friends of TSgt Scott. When directed the Riders will return the flags to storage, be debriefed and dismissed.
