ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of William H. Lunsford have requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a flag line to honor his life and service to our country. It will be our honor to do so. Mr. Lunsford served 4 years in the United States Navy. He was assigned to the USS Coral Sea. After his military service Mr. Lunsford earned a BA degree in Political Science from Univ. of Calif. at Dominguez Hills. He spent most of his working career as a road driver for Yellow Freight. He loved to watch the news, professional football and professional baseball. He loved to make jokes and cut up and never hesitated to help those in need. He was a 33rd degree Mason. He was also a Shriner and a member of Yaarab Temple in Atlanta.

SPECIAL NOTE: Staging location has been moved back to the PIC Building where we staged prior to moving to the flag pole. Park on the left side.
When the Shelter is assigned we will proceed to that location.
We will establish Flag line at the assigned shelter for Military Honors.
