ABOUT THE MISSION:

It’s my sad duty to report that America has lost another hero, William Grady Foxworth, Jr., who passed from this earth at the age of 82. The Patriot Guard has been invited to stand for TSgt Foxworth, United States Air Force, and escort him to the hallowed grounds of Barrancas National Cemetery where military honors will be rendered at 1:00 pm. TSgt Foxworth honorably and faithfully served his country from Apr 1955 until his retirement at the end of Apr 1975, receiving numerous awards and decorations throughout his career.

Special Instructions:

Naval Air Station requires; long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather foot wear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will be maintained always while riding aboard the Air Station.1110 hrs. –
11:10 am  Briefing for all riders
11:20 am KSU to Faith Chapel South Funeral Home
12:00 pm – Roll Time to Barrancas National Cemetery
1:00 pm – Honors at Barrancas National Cemetery

    Sergeant William Grady Foxworth Jr., US Air Force, may you rest in peace knowing that a grateful nation mourns the loss of a true American hero. You answered a nation’s call, serving your country proudly and valiantly. For that, we are eternally in your debt. Stand down brave warrior. Your mission is complete.
