He was a member of Blackwell Memorial Baptist Church and retired after many years working with the City of Elizabeth City. He served with Company C\, 1st Battalion\, 119th Infantry NCARNG. His awards include AFRM (3 awards)\, ARCAM (4 Awards)\, ASR\, NCNG Service Award (6 awards) and the NCNG Meritorious Unit Citation.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 08-08-19 \nStaging Time: 9:45 am\n \nBlackwell Memorial Baptist Church\n700 N.
