ABOUT THE MISSION:
We are sad to report the death of O-4 Major William Eric “Skip” Pratt (79) of Columbus, MS. The family has requested the Patriot Guard Riders help pay tribute to their loved one by participating in his service. It will be an honor to do so. Major William Pratt served in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer as an Airborne Ranger. He served in Korea, Vietnam (5 Tours), England, Ethiopia, Germany, Central America, North America, Scotland, and Brazil. While serving 22 years in the Army he received two Bronze Stars, the Purple Heart, and The Combat Infantry Badge among numerous other medals of honor while serving his country.
