ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard has been graciously invited by the family of SP4 William Earl Burgett, United States Army, to stand in his honor and escort him to Holy Cross Cemetery. SP4 Burgett was born 3 March, 1955 and enlisted in the United States Army on 9 Dec, 1975. He honorably served our nation for four years in the US Army and US Army Reserve from Dec. 1975 until Dec. 1979. SP4 Burgett received the National Defense Service Medal.
Services will be at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 303 S Navy Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32507. Military honors will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 1300 E. Hayes St., Pensacola.

    May surviving family and friends find strength in acknowledgement that William Earl Burgett was willing to sacrifice all that another might taste or maintain liberty and stood courageously where few dare tread and for such dedication to nation, duty, and service rendered, is so remembered and honored among patriots.
