DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nWilliam Dan Minter\nUSA – Vietnam\nHouma\, Louisiana – 07-31-19\n\n\n \n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nWilliam Dan Minter served in the United States Army 101st Airborne\, Vietnam 1970 – 71 as a combat engineer. He received several decorations for his service. He went with a platoon of 30 and only four of that group are still around today.  He was a native of Odessa Texas and resident of Houma\, La.  Mr. Minter is survived by his wife\, two sons\, two daughters\, two sisters\, two brothers and nine grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling the world with Carnival Cruise Line. He was also a proud Veteran of the United Military\, Army\, and a founding member of Vietnam Veterans Association Chapter # 630.
