Parks\, Jr.\, US Army Vietnam Veteran requests the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders to Honor their Hero on Tuesday\, May 31\, 2016 at his committal.\n\nSP4 Parks served in the United States Army from 1969-1971 and was a Combat Veteran. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal\, Vietnam Service Medal w/ Bronze Star\, Vietnam Campaign Medal\, Good Conduct Medal\, Parachutist Badge w/ 2 O/S Bars\, Rifle Marksman Medal\, and a Purple Heart Medal. \nHe will be laid to rest at 9:00 AM at Jacksonville National Cemetery. \nSP4 Parks proudly served this country well and faithfully.
